REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Refunds will only be issued if:

-We cannot fulfill the order

-The product is out of stock

-A duplicate order was placed by mistake.

 

Refunds are returned to the

original payment method within

5–10 business days depending on the bank.

Because hair extensions are considered a

hygiene product, we do not accept:

-Returned bundles

-Installed or worn hair

-Opened packaging

Exchanges Allowed Only If:

-Hair is unused

-Hair is in original packaging

-Exchange request is made within 7 days of

delivery

Customer is responsible for return shipping.
